Writing a research statement/proposal is taking far longer (and more difficult) than I had anticipated. How would you know/guesstimate how much you can accomplish in the next 3 - 5 years? It's like writing fiction.

Phoenix ..Rise from the Ashes..or Sands more like!

Phoenix has the sun,

the sands

and the cacti.

Lovely weather, I must say. Not a surprise that people move into this area like ants army, especially those from the West Coast, where things are expensive, living costs and taxes high and great jobs not so aplenty.

Glenn Knight

Reads and Forums

This morning, while my colleagues and I were discussing about a certain topic, a man walked past. I brought attention to this man, whom I felt looked lost and shattered.

My colleagues then gave me an insight into the man. I found out that his name was Glenn Knight. Honestly, I had no inkling about who he was. My colleague told me to check out the Internet to find out more about him.

After lunch, as I had some time to spare, I searched out information regarding Mr Knight, and was astounded! Actually, he was the first director of Commercial Affairs Department back in 1984. He was the PP for Adrian Lim’s trial amongst other trails.

This was a man who had risen to power, only to fall hard, and after picking himself up, he fell hard once more. It is for this reason that maybe that’s why he’s so shattered.
